📦 I just placed an order — when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship orders as fast as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, average delivery times range between 5 to 11 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number within 2–5 days after your order ships.

💰 What’s the fastest way to get a refund?

To get your refund as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting us directly at +44 7429 915178‬ or info@beaumont.com, instead of opening a dispute through PayPal, Apple Pay, your bank, or credit card provider.
We’ll handle your request efficiently and issue your refund in a timely manner.


😕 I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?

Absolutely — your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged.

  • You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

  • Please include your full name and order number with the return.

⚠️ Note: If your package is still in transit, please wait for it to arrive before requesting a return.


❌ Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away. You have a 15-minute window to cancel your order. If you contact us within that time, we can cancel and refund you immediately.

If more than 15 minutes have passed, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still return the item after delivery for a full refund.


🏠 I entered the wrong address — what now?

If you made a mistake in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at +44 7429 915178‬ or info@beaumont.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, we may no longer be able to change the address, and orders delivered to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.


🚚 How long does shipping take?

We ship globally from multiple fulfillment centers. On average, shipping takes 5–11 business days, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package.


🛒 I accidentally ordered an extra item — can I remove it?

If you added an extra item by mistake, email us immediately at +44 7429 915178‬ or info@beaumont.com. If we hear from you within 15 minutes, we can cancel the extra item and issue a refund right away.

If more than 15 minutes have passed, you can return the item after delivery for a full refund.


🌍 My item was shipped from an international supplier — I wasn’t aware of this.

We work with trusted suppliers around the world, including partners in China, to provide high-quality products.
Regardless of origin, all items are covered by our return and refund policy.

🎨 The color of my item looks different from the photo.

Due to lighting and studio settings used by our suppliers, slight color differences may occur between website photos and the actual product.
We do our best to display items accurately, but minor shade variations are possible.
